A brownie mix that is gluten free and has a deep and intense dark chocolate flavor combined with a very moist cake texture, making this an instant favorite and a must have for all chocolate lovers! Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Brownie Mix is very versatile, some suggestions are: using just 1/4 cup of butter along with 8 oz. of applesauce to cut down on the amount of fat (this may need a little bit more oven time so it can cook through), add chocolate chips, coconut flakes, walnuts and/or pecans for a fun twist or for something unique try sprinkling 1 tsp. of sea salt on top before baking. Before baking, you could layer flat chocolate pieces in the middle of the brownie batter. The possibilities are endless.
