Steel Cut Oats

Steel cut oats can be baked into breads or used as a hot cereal on the breakfast table. Kilned whole oat groats are chopped into steel-cut groats by large cylindrical steel cutters, this process shortens cooking time while maintaining the whole-grain integrity. Grain Millers Steel Cut Oats are sold as a mixed-granulation product.

This change is driven by functional performance attributes of finished products manufactured from oats known to have been treated with glyphosate and by customer demand.
